About the Role

Yuva Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Finance and Accounts Executive who is passionate about numbers, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the finance domain.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records (ledgers, journals, bank statements)

Work on Win Yatra software (mandatory)

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately

Reconcile accounts and ensure timely reporting

Assist in payroll processing

Handle tax filings and compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)

Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies

Organize and maintain financial documents

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Prepare reports for senior management

Requirements

B.Com or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting

0–2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and Win Yatra

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory requirements

Prior experience with ERP or accounting systems
