We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory requirements, and practical exposure to accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Ensure accurate recording of expenses, income, and accruals.

• Assist in preparation and filing of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, VAT, etc. as applicable).

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).

• Good knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in handling audits and compliance.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting practices.
