We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, comply with statutory requirements, and provide timely financial support to management.
Maintain accurate books of accounts (Cash, Bank, Journal, Ledger)
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Prepare and record sales and purchase entries
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and receipts
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
Monitor expenses and assist in budget control
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Manage payroll processing (if applicable)
Handle vendor and customer account reconciliation
