Job Description: Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately in Tally Prime (or relevant ERP).
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Billing & Dispatch: Generate tax invoices, E-Invoices, and E-Way bills for the daily dispatch of manufactured cable trays and accessories.
Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and manage petty cash book.
Taxation Support: Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing data for monthly/quarterly GST, TDS, and TCS return filings.
Payroll Assistance: Assist in calculating worker wages, overtime, and preparing data for PF/ESIC compliance.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience as a Senior Accountant.
Salary: Rs. 19000-25000 per month (negotiable basis of qualification & performance)
