The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling invoices, and ensuring statutory compliance. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Journal Entries).
Prepare and update ledgers, cash book, and bank book.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor statements regularly.
Prepare customer invoices accurately on time.
Maintain records of bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
Assist in GST filing, TDS filing, and monthly tax compliance.
Prepare data for auditors and coordinate during audits.
Ensure all statutory documents are properly maintained.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
Maintain petty cash and daily expense sheets.
Support management in budgeting and financial planning.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Update management on cash flow, outstanding payments, and account status.
Maintain proper documentation and file management.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / BBA / Accounting.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime (mandatory).
Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and general accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred).
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
