Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
Handle petty cash and maintain petty cash records.
Assist in bank reconciliation and day-to-day banking activities.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Assist in vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents before processing.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Coordinate with project/site teams for bills, expenses and supporting documents.
Assist the senior accountant in monthly closing and MIS preparation.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of accounting transactions.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
