Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹25000(or as per company standards)
Education:
Graduate (B.Com / Commerce Preferred)
Diploma in Inventory / Store Management (Preferred)
Job Description:
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials
Monitor and update stock in inventory system
Prepare stock reports and maintain inventory data
Handle basic accounts work like entry of purchase bills, invoices, and expenses
Coordinate with purchase, store, and accounts team
Check material quantity and quality during receiving
Maintain proper stock and accounts documentation
Support in audit and stock verification
Skills:
Inventory and stock management knowledge
Basic accounting knowledge (Purchase, Invoice, GRN, etc.)
MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
Tally or accounting software knowledge (Preferred)
Good documentation and record keeping
Attention to detail and coordination skills
