Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive (SAP FICO) – Night Shift
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Shift Timings: 09:30 PM to 03:30 AM (Fixed Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Accounts Executive for our Coimbatore office to handle international accounting operations. This is a specialized 6-hour night shift role. We are looking for a finance professional who is an expert to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for our global business cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Tools: SAP FICO, XERO, APPFOLIO, BUILDIUM, QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
Global AP/AR: Process payments and invoices, ensuring accuracy across different currencies.
Reconciliations: Perform nightly bank and vendor reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
Audit Support: Prepare documentation and reports for monthly and annual financial audits.
Vendor Management: Communicate professionally with international vendors and clients.

Candidate Profile

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
Experience: 3+ years in Accounts & Finance using SAP FICO.
Skills: Must be an expert in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for client interaction.
