About Petamiko Pet Clinik
Petamiko Pet Clinik is a growing modern veterinary and pet healthcare brand with its corporate office in Vile Parle East and operational pet clinics in Goregaon and Pune.
As we expand across multiple locations, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts & MIS Executive to manage accounting operations, clinic-wise financial reporting, vendor payments, inventory reconciliation, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Accounts payable & receivable management
Vendor payment processing and follow-ups
Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
GST, TDS, and statutory compliance coordination
Invoice generation and billing reconciliation
Pet clinic expense monitoring and accounting
Coordination with CA, auditors, and consultants
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Clinic-wise revenue and expense reporting
Cashflow and profitability analysis
Monitor collections, outstanding payments, and vendor liabilities
Generate management reports for multiple clinic locations
Support business expansion reporting and budgeting
Inventory & Operational Coordination
Maintain inventory accounting for medicines, consumables, and pet products
Reconcile physical stock with system stock
Track clinic-wise inventory movement and usage
Coordinate with operations team for stock and purchase planning
Monitor wastage, expiry, and stock discrepancies
Multi-Location Financial Management
Handle accounting coordination between:
Corporate office
Goregaon clinic
Pune clinic
Upcoming new locations
Monitor branch-level expenses and profitability
Ensure smooth accounting systems across all clinics
Digital & Platform Reconciliation
Reconcile digital payment transactions:
UPI
Payment gateways
Online appointment platforms
POS systems
Verify settlement reports and collections
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of:
Tally
GST & TDS
Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting)
Good analytical and reporting abilities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multi-location accounting operations
Good coordination and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare, clinic, or retail accounting
Experience handling inventory accounting
Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem
Understanding of operational MIS reporting
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / Finance Graduate
Additional accounting certifications preferred
