Job Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries.
Manage GST calculations, returns, and documentation.
Handle TDS calculations and related compliance.
Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger, and vouchers.
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Prepare invoices, bills, and payment records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial records.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial records.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Skills
Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Accounting, Billing, Invoicing, Ledger Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
Preferred
Candidates with real estate or construction industry accounting experience will be preferred.
