Job Title: Accountant (Real Estate Industry Preferred)

Location: Jagatpura Jaipur
Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Industry Preference: Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 8–10 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, handling statutory compliances, and coordinating with clients for payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and maintenance of accounting vouchers (Payment, Receipt, Journal, etc.)

• Drafting agreements and preparing NOC (No Objection Certificates)

• Handling day-to-day accounting operations in Tally

• Preparation of MIS reports and financial statements

• Filing of GST returns and ensuring statutory compliance

• Communicating with clients for payment follow-ups and reconciliation

• Preparation of Balance Sheet and other financial reports

• Managing accounts receivable and payable

• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

• Assisting in audits and ensuring proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) or related field

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP

• Good understanding of GST laws and compliance

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting

• Experience in drafting agreements and handling documentation

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in the real estate industry

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Good client handling and follow-up skills

• Experience in finalization of accounts and balance sheet preparation

Salary: As per industry standards

Joining: Immediate / As per notice period
