Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who has hands-on experience in Tally Prime and has worked with a manufacturing or trading company. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily accounting entries in Tally Prime

• Handling sales, purchase, expense & journal entries

• Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance

• Managing accounts payable & receivable

• Preparation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and basic GST compliance

• TDS calculation, entries, and return support

• Maintaining ledger, balance sheet & P&L

• Stock/Inventory accounting (especially for manufacturing/trading)

• Coordination with CA for audits, returns, and compliance

• Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in Commerce (B.Com preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime

• Working experience in manufacturing or trading company

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & statutory compliance

• Good understanding of accounting principles

• MS Excel knowledge (basic to intermediate)

• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
  

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Accountant

• Must have worked with manufacturing or trading company accounts
  
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiner preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently
