WE ARE HIRING – TALLY TRAINER

Udayan Care – UCSL Program is looking for a committed and skilled Tally Trainer to join our team at Ballabhgarh, Haryana.

Position: Tally Trainer
Location: Ballabhgarh, Haryana
Program: UCSL
Salary: Up to ₹28,000 CTC per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct practical and engaging training sessions on Tally/Tally Prime, accounting fundamentals and related concepts.
• Develop and deliver training content according to learners’ skill levels and employability requirements.
• Provide placement support, including interview preparation, CV guidance and coordination with employers.
• Support mobilization and outreach activities to identify and enroll suitable candidates for the training program.
• Monitor learner attendance, progress and performance and provide guidance as required.
• Coordinate assessments, candidate tracking and placement-related activities.
• Support post-training follow-up and placement tracking.
• Maintain required training and placement records and reports.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Any Graduate, Prior experience as a Tally Trainer, Accounting Trainer or Tally Faculty.
• Strong knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime, accounting and basic GST concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in placement support, mobilization or skilling programs will be an added advantage.
• Passion for working with youth and supporting their employability and career development.
