Job Title: Accountant (SAP)

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to be deployed at a client's office in Faridabad while remaining on the payroll of our Chartered Accountancy Firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, taxation support, reconciliations, and MIS reporting using SAP ERP.

Key Responsibilities

- Handling day-to-day accounting activities in SAP.

- Recording, reviewing, and maintaining accounting transactions.

- Preparation and reconciliation of ledgers, bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.

- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.

- Monthly book closure and preparation of MIS reports.

- GST data preparation, reconciliations, and compliance support.

- TDS working, reconciliations, and compliance support.

- Assisting in statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit requirements.

- Preparation of schedules and reports as required by management.

- Maintaining proper documentation and accounting records.

- Coordinating with client management and the CA firm's team for timely completion of assignments.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax basics.

- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP (Mandatory).

- Excellent command over Microsoft Excel, including:

- Pivot Tables

- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

- SUMIF/SUMIFS

- Conditional Formatting

- Data Analysis

- MIS Reporting

- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently at the client location.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter.

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Taxation.

- Prior experience in SAP is mandatory.

- Experience in manufacturing industry accounting will be preferred.

- Experience of working with a CA Firm will be an added advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
