Account Executive
Job Description:
Accounts Management
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Reconcile bank statements, ledger entries, and inventory accounts.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
Budgeting
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
ERP and System Management
- Operate and update ERP systems.
- Ensure accurate integration of financial data into the ERP system
