Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts, taxation, and financial records of the company. Candidate must have good knowledge of TDS, GST, Tally, Bank Reconciliation and Return Gate Pass documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily accounting entries in Tally
Handling GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Managing TDS calculation & return filing
Monthly Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
Vendor & Client ledger reconciliation
Preparing Purchase & Sales reports
Maintaining Return Gate Pass records
Invoice verification & payment processing
Assisting in finalization of accounts
Coordinating with CA for compliance

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of GST & TDS,ITR
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP
Good understanding of Bank Reconciliation
Knowledge of Return Gate Pass & Material Movement documentation
Basic MS Excel knowledge
Good communication & documentation skills
