Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred
Experience Required: 2+ years in Accounting/Finance roles
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary / Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Domestic Sales and Purchase Invoices using Tally Prime

• Generate E-way Bills and E-invoices

• Manage inventory and stock in Tally

• Record journal entries and conduct monthly ledger scrutiny

• Prepare TDS workings and GSTR-1 & 2B reconciliation

• Handle petty cash and daily bank reconciliations

• Process vendor payments via Biz Pay/Net Banking

• Follow up with debtors via email and phone

• Maintain insurance records, costing sheets, and document filing
  

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel, Word, and Web Browsers

• Strong knowledge of TDS and GST

• Effective communication and organizational skills
