Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Handling

Communicate with clients regarding services, invoices, and payments
Maintain good client relationships
Resolve client queries and support requirements

Billing & Invoicing

Prepare invoices and quotations
Follow up for pending payments
Maintain billing records accurately

Account Management

Handle day-to-day account activities
Maintain ledger entries and account records
Coordinate with finance and accounts team

Sales Support

Support business development activities
Follow up on leads and client requirements
Coordinate with HR/recruitment team if service-based company

Documentation

Prepare reports, agreements, and service documents
Maintain client database and payment records
Ensure proper filing of financial documents

Coordination

Work with internal teams like HR, Payroll, and Finance
Track project/service status for clients
Ensure smooth service delivery

Payment Collection

Follow up for outstanding payments
Monitor receivables and due dates
Share payment reminders professionally
