Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant / Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and data management activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel and be comfortable handling accounting records, invoices, and payment-related data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and data entry activities.

• Prepare and maintain rental and sale invoices.

• Record and update financial transactions in Tally.

• Perform payment reconciliation and maintain accurate payment records.

• Verify invoices, receipts, payments, and related documentation.

• Maintain customer and transaction records.

• Handle regular accounting data entry and documentation.

• Prepare basic reports and statements using MS Excel.

• Coordinate internally regarding pending payments and invoice-related queries.

• Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.

• Tally – Mandatory

• MS Excel – Mandatory

• Basic accounting knowledge.

• Good data entry and documentation skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to maintain confidential financial information.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates with prior experience in accounts, invoicing, billing, data entry, or reconciliation will be preferred.

• Should have hands-on experience with Tally and Excel.

• Should be comfortable handling rental and sales invoicing and payment reconciliation.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
