Hiring for the Accountant profile for Panchkula location.

Position :- Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounting records and financial transactions.

• Generate and manage E-Invoices, Challans, and related documentation.

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.

• Maintain sales, purchase, and payment records.

• Assist in GST-related documentation and record maintenance.

• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment-related matters.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of Tally ERP.

• Familiarity with E-Invoicing and Challan generation.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Office applications.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce or a related field (preferred).

• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
