The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting audits. They will oversee key accounting functions, mentor junior staff, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage general ledger operations, including journal entries and reconciliations.

·       Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports in compliance with accounting standards.

·       Handle tax filings, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.

·       Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation and records.

·       Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.

·       Analyse financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

·       Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.

·       Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

·       Maintain accurate records and implement strong internal controls.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

·       Professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA) preferred.

·       5+ years of relevant accounting experience.

·       Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.

·       Proficiency in Tally, Excel and financial analysis tools.

·       Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Work Location: Noida

Work Schedule: 10:00 to 6:30
