We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations and day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate will be responsible for salary processing, maintaining company and client accounts, handling financial records, coordinating legal and banking documentation, and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Handle employee salary processing and ensure timely salary credits.

Maintain records of company expenses, invoices, payments, and transactions.

Manage client accounts and maintain proper financial documentation.

Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, receipts, and account statements.

Coordinate with banks for account-related work, cheque processing, and transactions.

Handle legal and financial documents, agreements, signatures, and record maintenance.

Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records.

Assist in GST, TDS, tax filings, and other statutory compliance work.

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.

Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and basic accounting summaries.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management when required.

Maintain confidentiality of company financial data and employee information.

Support administration and finance-related operational work as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role.

Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and banking procedures.

Good documentation and record-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Requirements

Experience in payroll management and client account handling.

Basic knowledge of legal and compliance documentation.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.

Working Days & Timing

6 days working, 10am to 7pm
