Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

• Record and verify GST-related purchase and sales entries.

• Prepare and reconcile GST data with books and invoices.

• Pass TDS entries and maintain TDS-related records.

• Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

• Handle vendor/customer ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.

• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance work.

• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

• Prepare MIS reports and other accounting-related reports.

• Perform other day-to-day accounting and finance activities as required.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Working knowledge of GST and TDS entries.

• Strong understanding of Bank Reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF and basic data analysis.

• Experience with Tally/ERP software.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Experience: 2–4 years in accounting/finance.
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
