Job Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounts of the coaching classes

Handle fee collection records, receipts, and pending fees follow-up

Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger entries

Prepare monthly income & expense reports

Manage staff salary records and payments

Handle petty cash and office expenses

Do bank reconciliation and maintain proper records

Maintain student fee data and financial documents

Support management in budgeting and financial planning

Ensure proper filing of bills, vouchers, and documents

✅ Required Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting / Finance

Experience in handling accounts for coaching classes / small office preferred

Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Honest, accurate, and responsible in work

Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Ability to work independently

Attention to detail

Good communication and coordination skills
