Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate Inventory Records (Raw Material, Finished Goods & Consumables)
Record Sales & Purchase Entries
Manage Bank & Cash Book Entries
Handle Issue & Return Entries of Metal, Diamonds, Tools, Jobs and other inventory items
Generate Attendance Reports and prepare Salary Calculations
Reconcile Customer & Vendor Ledgers
Maintain daily accounting records and documentation
Coordinate with Production, Store and Sales departments for accurate stock and accounting records
Prepare MIS reports and support month-end closing activities

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of ERP (Preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of Inventory & Stock Management
Basic GST and Accounting Knowledge
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply
Experience in Jewellery Industry will be an added advantage
