HIRING ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and SAP Systems. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist in financial reporting and audits.

BRANCH ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & SAP Operations

• Manage daily accounting entries in SAP (PR,PO,GRN,GI)

• Handle invoice and petty cash processing and documentation

• Maintain inward material records and tracking

• Support bill distribution and verification

• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and compliance

Inventory & Plant Coordination

• Monitor and maintain inventory records

• Coordinate with plant teams for stock reconciliation

• Support plant-level supervision activities

• Assist in local purchasing and vendor coordination

Branch Administration

• Manage day-to-day operational accounting tasks at the branch

• Ensure documentation accuracy and reporting discipline

• Support implementation of company policies and procedures

HR & Coordination Support

• Coordinate attendance records with Head Office

• Assist in organizing branch-level events and employee activities

• Support implementation of HR policies and compliance initiatives

• Handle general domestic/branch administrative coordination tasks

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing sector

• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP and SAP

• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax laws (Income Tax and GST)

• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

• High attention to detail and accuracy
