Stained Glass House is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records.
Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, bills and expenses.
Maintain and reconcile cash and bank transactions.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Prepare and maintain GST-related records and documentation.
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance work.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Track payments, outstanding amounts and follow up on pending payments.
Prepare basic financial reports and statements for management.
Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in accounting.
Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing and reconciliations.
Good communication and organizational skills.
B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred.
