Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Intern to join our finance and accounts team in Narol, Ahmedabad. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting processes, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.

• Record and maintain financial transactions in Tally.

• Assist with invoice processing, verification, and payment entries.

• Maintain customer and vendor accounts.

• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

• Prepare and maintain basic accounting reports.

• Support the team in documentation and filing of financial records.

• Assist with GST-related accounting activities, if required.

• Coordinate with vendors and customers for account-related queries.

• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and maintain proper records.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting/finance.

• Hands-on or working knowledge of Tally.

• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
