Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings related to the pharmaceutical sector.

• Monitor inventory accounting — including raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.

• Support costing and pricing analysis for pharma products.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.

• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Ensure compliance with pharma accounting norms, regulatory bodies, and company SOPs.

• Collaborate with the production and sales teams for financial data verification.
  

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Tally / SAP / ERP systems

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations

  • Understanding of inventory and cost accounting principles
