Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant who is a fresher or young graduate with basic accounting knowledge. The candidate should be comfortable working with accounting software and spreadsheets and be willing to learn practical accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

• Record sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries

• Assist in payment collection tracking and follow-ups

• Prepare and maintain records in Google Sheets / Excel

• Support GST, TDS, and other tax filings

• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, and vouchers

• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reports

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of Accounting principles

• Hands-on or academic knowledge of Tally

• Working knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and tax filings

• Ability to handle payment collections and tracking

• Basic English communication (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Willingness to learn compliance and reporting standards
