Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, and financial documentation for our clients. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing tax filings, and assisting with compliance related to GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update books of accounts for clients.

Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.).

Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and businesses.

Manage TDS calculations, returns, and compliance.

Record financial transactions using accounting software such as Tally, Tally Prime,

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

Assist in financial statements preparation (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).

Maintain proper documentation of invoices, expenses, and financial records.

Coordinate with clients for required financial data and compliance documents.

Support during audit and tax assessments.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Taxation.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Good communication and client handling skills.
