Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, accuracy, and knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

• Process invoices, payments, and payroll entries

• Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy

• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting

• Prepare tax returns and ensure tax compliance

• Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records

• Support internal and external audits

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and time-management skills
