Job Description – Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with minimum 2 years of experience to handle accounting, taxation, and financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records

• Prepare and verify purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries

• Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances

• Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow management

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and clients

• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

• Assist management in budgeting and financial planning

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

• Good understanding of GST filing, TDS Filling, and compliance procedures

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and team coordination abilities

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com or related commerce qualification

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance

Job Type:

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must have minimum 1 year or more experience working in a CA firm.

• Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or Trading Industry will be preferred.

• Candidate should have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial compliance.
