Receptionist cum Accountant

Company Overview

We are a growing business dealing in Water Treatment Solutions, Packaging Machines, and Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Plants, providing sales, installation, and after-sales services to both commercial and individual clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Accountant who can efficiently handle front-office responsibilities, manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate B2B and B2C inquiries related to machines and services, and maintain the company’s accounts and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Reception & Communication

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Attend to B2B and B2C customer inquiries related to:

1. Water Treatment Plants

2. RO Water Plants

3. Packaging Machines

4. Service and maintenance requests

Maintain records of customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups

Coordinate with the sales and service team for site visits and installations

Greet walk-in customers and vendors politely

• Sales & Inquiry Support

Generate and follow up on machine and service inquiries

Maintain customer and dealer databases

Support basic sales coordination and appointment scheduling

• Accounts & Finance

Maintain day-to-day accounts of the company

Handle billing, invoicing, receipts, and payment follow-ups

Record expenses, purchases, and sales entries

Maintain cash book, bank entries, and ledger accounts

Assist in GST records, basic compliance, and monthly reports

Coordinate with CA/accountant when required

• Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration preferred

Basic to good knowledge of Accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)

Good communication skills in English and local language

Basic understanding of office operations and customer handling

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Honest, organized, and responsible

• Experience

1–3 years experience in a similar role preferred

Freshers with accounting knowledge and good communication skills may also apply
