Job Description

Shri Sai Biomedicals is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate accounting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

• Handle GST billing, GST returns, and reconciliation.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

• Maintain expense records and prepare financial reports.

• Manage invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and outstanding payments.

• Assist in TDS compliance and other statutory requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and support month-end closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good organizational and communication skills.
