Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update sales and purchase records on a daily basis
Organize and structure party-wise ledgers and transaction data
Assist in maintaining basic GST records (data entry, invoice tracking — no filing required)
Handle accounts payable and receivable tracking
Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices/bills
Ensure data is backed up and organized systematically
