KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents. 

•  Preparing, processing, and managing invoices for both accounts payable and accounts receivable. 

•  Handling payments to vendors and suppliers, as well as processing payments from customers

• Reconciling bank statements to ensure the accuracy of financial records. 

• Maintaining records of inventory and related transactions. 

• Entering financial data into accounting software or systems.
