Job Title: Accountant

Experience Required: 3 – 6 Years

Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Qualification :- B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Accounting Qualification

Summary :-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant who will manage daily financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:-

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Expense, Journal)

• Manage books of accounts in Tally / accounting software

• Bank reconciliation and ledger verification

GST & Compliance :-

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

• Maintain GST records and invoices

• Ensure compliance with GST laws

PF / ESI / Payroll :-

• Handle PF & ESI calculations and filings

• Support payroll processing and salary records

• Maintain employee financial records

Financial Reporting :-

• Prepare monthly reports (Profit & Loss, Expense Reports)

• Assist in audit preparation

• Maintain proper documentation for all transactions

Taxation & Compliance :-

• Assist in TDS calculation and filing

• Maintain statutory compliance records

• Coordinate with CA when required

Required Skills :-

• Strong knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI

• MS Excel knowledge (basic formulas, data handling)

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills.
