Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and book entries.
Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor bank transactions.
Generate invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including timely return filing.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in finalization of accounts and statutory audits.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and customers regarding financial matters.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for payments.
Process employee reimbursements and other financial transactions.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.
