Job Title: Admin & Accounts Executive
Job Summary
We are Scribbl Concepto Pvt Ltd- looking for a responsible person to handle basic office administration and accounting work. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily office and financial tasks.

Admin and Accountant
Location
B1, 4th floor, office no-29, Plot No- C, 17A, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC Industrial Area, Pawane, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400710.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
• Maintain daily accounting entries
• Prepare invoices and bills
• Handle payments and receipts
• Maintain records of expenses
• Assist in bank reconciliation
• Support Monthly GST/TDS working with CA
• Assist in monthly/annual financial reports
Administration
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Handle office maintenance and vendors
• Maintain files and documents
• Support daily office operations
• Handle recruitment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / any relevant field)
• Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally or Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

• Organization and time management
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Good communication
Experience
• 2-4 years’ experience in accounting
