Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, billing documents, and e-way bills.
Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, and input tax credit reconciliation.
Assist with TDS calculations, payments, and return filing.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain general ledgers and vendor accounts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups.
Prepare monthly accounting reports, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure AMC and service invoices are submitted on time.
Coordinate with management, vendors, clients, and the CA for accounting and audit-related matters.
Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, challans, and supporting documents.
