Job Title: Accountant

Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

- Manage dispatch of e-commerce orders and coordinate daily shipments.

- Maintain and update NDR (Non-Delivery Report) sheets with accurate follow-ups.

- Coordinate with courier partners for shipment issues, escalations, and delivery updates.

- Perform product cataloging and assist with website maintenance.

- Maintain records and reports using Microsoft Excel.

- Follow up with customers, courier partners, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Support day-to-day accounting and operational tasks as required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Responsible, organized, and proactive in following up on pending work.

- Courteous, soft-spoken, and professional in dealing with customers and partners.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred

- Experience in accounting, logistics, dispatch, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
