Location: MiraRoad, Mumbai

Salary: 25-30k

Job Description:

Accounts

• Record day-to-day entries in Tally: purchases, sales, receipts, payments, journal and bank entries

• Prepare sales invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills for machinery dispatches

• Check vendor bills against purchase orders and goods receipts before payment

• Track receivables and payables; follow up with customers on overdue payments

• Do monthly bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash

• Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS and reconciliation with GSTR-2B

• Support the external CA with month-end, year-end closing and audits

• Handle basic payroll inputs: attendance, salary sheet, PF and ESIC data

Stores

• Receive incoming material, check quantity and quality against the PO, and issue GRNs

• Issue raw material, bought-out parts and consumables to production against requisitions

• Maintain stock records in Tally/ERP and keep physical stock matched with system stock

• Set minimum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions for fast-moving items

• Organise the store with proper labelling, bin locations and FIFO

• Conduct monthly cycle counts and an annual physical stock audit

• Track material at job workers and subcontractors (job-work challans)

• Manage dispatch documents: delivery challans, packing lists and gate passes

• Share a monthly report on stock value, slow-moving items and shortages
