Job Description:
Office Accountant
Qualification - Bcom
Experience - 3 to 4 years
CTC – INR 3,30,000 to INR 4,20,000 (net of tax)
Job description:
Good communication skills (English, Hindi and Kannada preferred).
Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts for the firm and affiliated entities
Bank reconciliation and cash management
Processing of invoices, receipts, and payments
Preparation of monthly profit & loss statements, and balance sheets (including cost center-based reports)
Coordination with banker, vendors and customers to get relevant information / documents.
GST compliance including return filing and reconciliations
TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing
Assistance in statutory audit and tax audit preparations and coordination with auditors
Maintenance of fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Vendor and customer ledger management (including receivables and payables tracker on Bi-weekly basis)
Assistance in regulatory filings with MCA, Income Tax, and GST portals
Preparation of compliance checklists and tracking deadlines
Assistance in coordination for representation with the tax authorities
Maintaining statutory registers and records
Support for professional tax and other statutory compliances
Any other duties as assigned by the Partners from time to time
Participation in firm's training programs and skill development initiatives
Maintaining professional standards and ethical conduct at all times
