Job Opening – Accountant

Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team at our Gurgaon location. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and maintenance of books of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.

• Maintain books of accounts accurately in Tally/ERP and Excel.

• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer ledger reconciliation.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.

• Prepare and maintain GST and TDS working and assist in timely filing of returns.

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other MIS reports.

• Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and other compliance-related work.

• Monitor expenses, cash flow, and outstanding receivables/payables.

• Coordinate with CA/consultants for taxation and statutory compliance matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or related field.

• Minimum 6 years of practical accounting experience.

• Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and basic taxation.

• Experience in preparing and finalizing books of accounts will be preferred.

• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to independently manage routine accounting and compliance work.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
