The Accounts Executive ensures accurate financial record-keeping, assists with monthly/yearly closures, and supports auditing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, process payments, and track customer collections.
Ledger & Reconciliations: Maintain general ledgers, journal entries, and monthly bank statement reconciliations.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
Compliance & Tax: Help prepare tax returns, GST/statutory filings, and coordinate documentation for internal and external audits.
Cross-Department Support: Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and manage basic payroll tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: Upto 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, corporate accounting, or finance operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational communication.
