Accountant
We, Rushyendra Technologies and Services Pvt Ltd www.rushyendra.com are looking for a proactive, energetic, diligent, and trustworthy team member who has a strong accounting background and curiosity for numbers. You will be the go-to person and will build a deep understanding in the operations and financial trigger points. You will be the Financial Accounting & Reporting team’s eyes on the ground and trusted advisor
Job Description:
o Maintaining accurate & up to date records of all financial Transactions
o Documents financial transactions by entering account information
o Preparation of Monthly Trial Balance
o Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
o Bringing to the attention to management if there is any abnormality in business
o Ledger Scrutiny
o Ensure timely bank and cash entries. Reconciliation of Vendors & Debtors
o Co ordinate with CA/CS/ and Consultants for on time filing of IT Returns/GST Returns/TDS Returns/ROC Returns
o Well versed with GST Compliance like e-Invoice, GSTR1, GSTR2B Recon, GSTR3B, RCM Data, HSN Summary
o Monthly Preparation of stock statements, debtors ageing, creditors ageing, WIP for Stock Audit
o Provide the information required for Internal and External Auditors
o Secures financial information by completing database backups.
o Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
o Other financial duties assigned by Finance Manager.
Job Specification:
o Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting or Finance.
o 5-6 years experience in Accounting/Finance.
o Hands-on experience in Tally.
o Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
o Excellent Communication skills.
