Job Description – Account Assistant

Industry: Chemical & Glass Import
Company Experience: 10+ Years in the Industry
Location: Rajkot
Position: Account Assistant
Gender: Female
Experience: Minimum 1+ Year
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent Commerce qualification
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Miracle Accounting Software.

• Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

• Manage voucher entries, ledger posting, and bookkeeping.

• Perform bank reconciliation (BRS) regularly.

• Maintain cash and bank transactions and financial records.

• Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

• Assist with GST-related entries and basic accounting documentation.

• Ensure accurate and timely updating of accounting records.
  

Required Skills:

• Practical knowledge of Miracle Accounting Software.

• Experience in sales, purchase, invoicing, and accounting entries.

• Good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.

• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and voucher entries.

• Basic MS Excel knowledge.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
