Job Overview

Right Land is a growing real estate company based in Prashant Vihar, Delhi. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and experience handling financial transactions in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow

• Maintain records related to property transactions, brokerage, and commissions

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when required

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)

• 2–5 years of accounting experience (real estate experience preferred)

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax regulations

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or Busy

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Prashant Vihar, Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

• Experience in real estate or construction accounting

• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently

• Good communication and coordination skills
