Junior Accountant (Tally)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally ERP to manage day-to-day accounting operations, record transactions, and assist in financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have good accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP.

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable, and handle vendor & customer ledgers.

• Prepare and issue sales and purchase invoices.

• Perform bank reconciliation, cash book, and journal entries.

• Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.

• Support in monthly and yearly closing of books.

• Maintain and update accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with auditors and senior accounts team for data and reports.

• Prepare basic MIS reports and financial summaries as required.

• Documents scanning (sales, Purchase bill, Voucher, LR etc)

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Junior Accountant (minimum 2 year)

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

• Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)

• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Good communication and organizational skills

Education Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent

Experience:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting with Tally software

Salary Range:

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Preferred Age:

• 20 – 30 years

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
